Why Do We Have a CheersLeader of the Week?
We periodically interview one of our amazing co-workers to highlight on our culture blog. A great culture is 100% about the people that drive it. We come from different places, backgrounds, and experiences and all add a lot of spice to this workplace.
Note from the editor: This is a new form of recognition for us – instead of recognizing those who received the most praise, we want to highlight a special individual who makes it a priority to recognize others for the amazing work they do, making them our CheersLeader of the Week! Logosou gave the most cheers this week and is the #4 leader of giving Cheers for 2016! Way to go!

What is your role at Social Tables?
Manager of Professional Services; I help our Customer Success Team by driving efficiency of our Floor plan Designers in the Philippines (Team Services Manila). I help our Sales Team, reviewing CAD files and answering Floorplan Questions before deals are closed.
I also moonlight as the narrator of Turn of Events: a Social Tables Podcast.
What were you doing before you came to Social Tables?
Immediately before coming to ST, I worked with Howard University’s Architecture department as a Research Assistant. My main project was advisor to the Howard University team on the Tubman E-brary project. This involved traveling with 3 Students to Liberia, for a competition to design a state of the art library at Tubman University. We won.
I also made some cool music.
What do you like to do outside of work?
Cooking at Tim’s house ; Watching Movies for hours + trying to figure out writing my own; Traveling ; Planning world domination with friends.
Talk about your favorite Core Value:
Committed to Quality | To me everyday is about creating a better tomorrow. I believe in studying the past to deeply understand excellence, and relentlessly pursuing continual improvement of myself; because that makes those around me, and subsequently the world, better.
Talk about your favorite Social Tables event:
Chiavaris 2014. For context I started May 2014 as a Part time designer, and got my Full time offer a month later during Chiavaris. Dopest way to get a job ever. My birthday was also like a week later. When I give tours of the office I always tell people that we’re an event company first and we walk the talk. Chiavaris is the truest expression of that.
What makes you weird?
What makes me weird 🤔 Well at the moment: I take my coffee blacker than a trillion midnights w/ a little Grass fed butter. Apparently it’s weird here, but I’m a power user and champion of the Bulletproof Coffee movement. See ya’ll at the top. got
