Happy Friday, Social Tablers!
How was your week? I hope you had as much fun at your office as I did, though I will admit to having a minor scare when I found myself lodged between two pebbles in my fishbowl on Tuesday. I am thanking my lucky starfish (in the form of my coworker, Sarah) for her quick wit in rescuing me!
This week we welcomed new employee Rohit Kalkur, who hails from Boulder, Colorado! Rohit is our newest software engineer…and the dude can BEAT BOX! That’s right. Not only is he a genius, he’s musically gifted. Love my awesome coworkers! Welcome, @Rovolutionary!
I’M FAMOUS! One of my ST coworkers drew me in the snow when the bad conditions forced her to stay home from work on Monday! This week was cold, and I’m not saying that just because I am made of 5% or less of solid organic matter and require very specific conditions to thrive in. I digress. Washington, DC was a verifiable arctic tundra this week.
On Tuesday, the big-kahuna (oh hey, that’s me!) rallied us all for our monthly review, where we learned that in February alone, 12,000 events were created on our software. That’s 12-comma-zero-zero-zero! To put that into perspective, in the same time last year, there were 400 new events.
Looking back, I was a somewhat narcissistic jelly in this post. However, when your life flashes before your pigment spot ocelli (I don’t have eyes…don’t judge me!), you become a bit vain.
